MSN e-mails "replicating" in folders

When MSN e-mail folders stored on computer become too full, they start replicating. When we try to delete the duplicated e-mails in folders using control and highlighting an e-mail, the task is slow and laborious, but possible. Question #1-What can we do to stop the replicating short of deleting faster.

We purchased Sperry software only to discover it is for deleting the replicating of e-mails in Outlook. While we use MS Office, we have not been using Outlook. We sent Sperry tech help an e-mail asking for a solution but they have not responded, 3 days later. Question #2-Can we move our e-mails from MSN storage on our computer to Outlook so Sperry can work on the replicating challenge.

As far as duplicating e-mails...If you are using a third party e-mail program, which it sounds like you are...be sure and check the settings in the mail program that delete the mail from the mail server once it is retrieved and downloaded onto your computer!! That way the next time you check your mail...the pre-existing e-mails have already been deleeted off of your mail server and your mail program cannot retrieve them agian because they no longer exist!!

Also...make sure you have the latest version of the MSN program!! I know from experience of helping a friend...If you don't have the latest version of MSN...it will cause all kinds of screwy things to happen to your e-mail and browser!!

As far as accessing the answers to your post...I just bookmark any particular post in "Favorites" and it will take you directly to your post, instead of having to navigate through all the forums!!
