MSN Explorer

    Hey there, a forum search revealed nothing, so here it is, my first post!:)

    I absolutley love MSN explorer(free version 7.2 I think), and used it faithfully, until i recently upgraded "MSN Messenger" to the newer "Windows Live Messenger". Now MSN Explorer wont load beacuse it doesnt recognize a messenger service on my comp. I have searched and searched but cant find a solution, just other poeple with the problem. Anyone have any advice? I am running XP if that is any help

    Hi

    Its very likely that if you have an older MSN Explorer version 7.x, you would need to update to last latest version ( 9.5 ) to allow compatibility with MSN Messenger Live BUT all versions past 7.x where for subscribers ( paid for ) of MSN internet access only, so if your ISP is not MSN then sadly you maybe out of luck with compatiblity with loading MSN Messenger Live.


    Did you get any error codes when MSN Explorer didnt load, if so what?

    Have you tried and re-installed your MSN Explorer 7.2 to see if that fixes the missing component?
