msn messenger woes

    Hey,

    I've recently been using my webcam on my laptop via msn messenger. I noticed it was freezing when attempting to view or have someone view my cam.

    I got a bit frustrated and tried to uninstall / reinstall it.

    Now its installed again (latest version), it will appear in my taskbar next to the clock but is unusuable, its just a white square.

    Any ideas on how to get it working again?
