Msn Problems

When I installed msn and try and run it I get this error that is shown below. I have no idea what cose it. It is only msn that has this problem for me. I tried to reinstall but same problem. Anybody would like to give it a shoot?

Tried re-installing?

Hmm .... interesting... does Windows Messenger work?

Are you using Norton Antivirus 2003 or 2004?

Like goldfish said, does Windows Messenger work or do you even use it?
