Msn Virus Help

So i think my sister clicked one of those annoying
"hey can i use this pic of you on facebook" msn viruses and of course
now its sending to all my contacts etc.
and ive tried looking for help on google and all of the things arent working
like all of the virus scanners dont detect anything and my
registry/task manager doesnt show anything plus i dont even know what the virus is called!
ive also tried deleting my msn & changing my password, is there
anything left i can do? plz help!
