mtpaint problems

I just tried installing mtpaint. 3 different versions, 1 of which was downloaded from MajorGeeks. The others from SourceForge. They download fine but will not install. They error out with any number of error messages: Setup files are corrupt, please try to re-install; or- Access violation at blah blah blah, etc...
Seeing as 3 different versions from 2 sources did the same thing on 2 different PC's, I'd say that something is wrong w/ mtpaint v 3.10 and up..... just a word of warning.....

No problems with it here. Just downloaded from Majorgeeks and the install works fine. Are you running the installation from an adminitrator account ? .

 

I installed mine just fine too. Looks to be a decent program, if not what I'm looking for. I'm using Win98se.

 

Hmmmm...I tried it on 2 PC's (both Admin accounts) and 3 different versions downloaded from 2 sources :confused :confused Wierd! I'll try it again! Maybe I had some static on my broadband internet connection and got bad data.... thanks for the input/updates!!!
