Multi Tabbed Multi Pane Explorer

Hi everybody.

I used a file explorer that is better than Q-dir : I could remove statut bar, menu bar, etc...
Every button could be customized. I think it was japanese.
Unfortunately, my HDD was down and I lost its name & where to download it.
If anyone can find it for me. Thanks at advance
