Multimon Taskbar Programs not loading

Hi there. I tried looking on the forums before I posted this but I couldn't find a topic for this. I have a user who uses Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. When the program is minimized, it goes to the multimon taskbar, which is fine. However when you click it to open, it does not open. It briefly pops up on the main taskbar on monitor one. If you get lucky and click that, it will open back up to the 2nd monitor. When you right click the program, you get the option of moving to Monitor 1 (which didn’t work), Kill Process (which works), and Minimize. When you click minimize, it won’t minimize but if you click minimize and then actually minimize the program, it will minimize to taskbar 1 and when opened again, it will pop up on taskbar 2. The only options right now are to do that, don’t minimize the program and leave it open, or open from task manager. I don't see why it would be the program because it loads fine on the Windows 7 Taskbar. Any other program like Word, Access, Excel, etc., load just fine and are interchangeable with the monitors. I've uninstalled and reinstalled MultiMon and get the same result. I've also contacted support for MultiMon and Dynamics but can't seem to find a solution for this. Any help would be appreciated.
