I send several individual recipients (20 - 30) the same email periodically.
I am trying to find a way to copy/paste all the address at the same time each time I set up a new email. They are not tied as in groups sich as Yahoo.
About all I can come up with is set up to "forward" an old email, then line by line
delete the body, put in the new message, change the subject line. I selected the entire body of an old one and tried "delete", but that deletes the entire message. I cannot seem to "copy" all the addy's at once.
Anyone might know how to do this?

    Thanks,
    Sarge

    Open notepad
Type all the addresses (20 - 30) that you will send emails to.
Save the txt file as Email_Addresses on your desktop

Every time you want to compose an email, open the Email_Addresses file, click on Edit than Copy.
Open the email program, put your cursor in the BCC field and press ctrl + P to put the addresses in. (It is good email ettiquette to hide the email addresses; that's why you use the BCC field.) On the To: field, simply type one of your other email addresses.

What is your email client? Most email programs support distribution groups, where you put all addresses that belong to that group. Then just send to that group.
