Multiple device sound output

Good day, geeks. I'm looking for a way to output different audio to different devices. I'm using a Realtek High Definition Audio card with 1 stereo output and another controllable I/O port. This allows 2 channel outputs to surround systems, however what I want is to output to 2 different stereo systems, namely to my headphones and to my stereo amp. This I can configure however there's no way of choosing which device receives which stream. What I want to do is play music through my stereo and Ventrilo chat through my headphones, as opposed to playing both through both devices. Is there any way of doing this?
