Multiple infections - PUM.Hijack.StartMenu and TR/Drop.daws.jju

I have some strange stuff going on with my computer​

Avira Free Antivirus detected an infection on my recover partition.

- TR/Drop.daws.jju​

This is a first for me. I have never had an infection in any other partition than the one that my operating system is installed on. This is what prompted me to seek outside assisstance, although, I had a feeling something wasn't right for the last week.

While backing some files before running the tools I downloaded here to post this thread, Avira found 2 infections in the "system volume information" folder on the external hard drive.

- SPR/Tool.keygen.517 & SPR/Keygen.AQ.19​

Malwarebytes also found 2 infections on the partition that my operating system is installed on. They are both the same infection, but in two different places.

I'm not very good at describing the strange behavior I have noticed. Most of the time I just pick on very subtle, almost inpreceivably, things that most people don't. I apologize for that.


Could somebody please analyze the log files that I have attached to this post? If you need anymore information I'd be more than happy to provide it

Here is some basic information about my computer

Windows XP SP3, Internet Explorer 8, 3GHz Pentium 4, 2GB RAM, 600GB Hard Drive​
