Multiple keyboard issue

Hey all, so I'm working on a job where I have 3 sets of keyboards/mice each on their own usb hub over cat5e to an NTI usb switch, all being controlled via a Crestron wireless touch panel. however, whil eI had keyboards 2 and 3 working, 1 would not work, the cat5 cable appeared to have an issue. we bypassed tht with a new cable, and now keyboard 1 works, however 2 and 3 do not work. we have powercycled the NTI switch and the Crestron mulitple times. help?

 

If this is a company that has a IT department, whether it is one person, or a group, file a trouble ticket. Unless you have been asked by management to fix it, I would let the correct group handle the problem.
