Museum of science and industry, Chicago

Went to the museum thursday, stood next to Apollo 8 capsule and seen moon rock,
Pretty cool to think that spaceship orbitted the moon and that a piece of the moon that you can look at.
Also went to see U-505 the german sub that was captured, Hard to beleive ship was brought all the way to middle of the U.S. from shores of Africa.

 

Chicago has some great museums, but Science & Industry was always my favorite. Great place.

 

I liked that museum a lot. Much better than the Field Museum IMHO (used the City Pass feature to save some money when I visited in '03 and saw the usual "tourist" attractions around town).

 

I loved that museum. It's probably the only fond memory of the few days I spent in Chicago.
