Music Match Jukebox Problem

I'm new here and don't know if I'm in the correct forum for my question. If not, please forgive and direct me to the correct one.
I have Music Match Jukebox # 8.0.

I have a problem that just recently started. When I insert a CD, It goes to Song # 2. I contacted support and was told to clear the check mark at Options-Settings- Player "Do Not Optimize My CD Playback". After doing this, I can now click the first song and it will play, but when I insert a CD it still goes to # 2. Could someone help me find out why it does not start with the first song? I also removed the drivers and re installed them. Still no change.

 

I'm using that and haven't ever seen that problem. Have you updated to the latest version? They've had quite a few updates to it. Updating might cure the problem.
