Music productions system for win2k?

well, my band have re-united, and i wonder which music productions system is the best for win2k, since we are going to need it in the future, and i always find it easier to practice to a song, without the instrument you play yourself in it

features im looking for:

option to use either a real microphone or pc microphone, when you record the audio

option to remove let's say the vocals, from a song of your choice

a "how to" guide, like if i want to record the audio part, and then add the lead guitar part of the song later, and add the solo guitar part sometime later aswell

a program, where i would be able to create a digital drum-play, for my songs

support to add and record at least:

lead,
solo and
bass guitar.
drums.
keyboard.
lead, and
backing vocals.

to either a new song or a song you already have done partially before

optional:

maybe a way to convert a song's tact to beep's to some knocks, or something, to make it easier for the band to keep the same speed for almost all instruments
