If this belongs elsewhere please send me there.
I have downloaded music to my harddrive, when I click on it to play it tells me I need an app update. I did not have this on my older computer.
Don't like this system, on my previous computer I could download and play from the harddrive.

Appreciate any help, hope this is clear,

I have an hp computer, windows 8.

 

And what app says it needs to be updated?

 

Also, please state the format of the audio file you're trying to open. That will help us narrow it down
