Must have freeware for vista

I am trying to put a list of the best freeware utilities for Vista. I have Hirens Boot cd 9.7 for Vista and it works well. I want a survival disk of common utilities to maintain a Vista machine. I prefer the most useful but resource friendly tools available and hate bloated programs. Feel free to weigh in suggestions. If you only had 1 cd or dvd to rescue your pc, what would you use?
