MX53-M2 card reader wont work

    My card reader is working but the programing wont work it is a MX53-M2 and I can't get RFID Utility, Mx Device Setup Menu 2.8.3(smart car and serial setup are gray) and MX5 Smart Card Reader Demo Wont work either any advice?
