My BFV had a BBQ accident

Does anyone know or tried to get there game discs replaced? All 3 of my Battlefield Vietnam discs were mutilated by a very sharp BBQ spatula---yes I know, "how did that happen," long story and completely not my fault .

At any rate has EA, or will they, replace my discs if I send them the pieces? And does anyone know how I would go about that? I want to keep my CD Key (which thankfully escaped harm) and ironicly I had actually made a backup on my drive so I can still play, I just cannot reinstall it if something goes bad (well i guess i could borrow a friends but....you know I want mine back!)

Any thoughts would help............

 

haha....that is one wierd story...but...I doubt EA would replace the discs, they might, but it looks doubtful. The reason for them not replaceing the discs are simply this. The disc faults were not caused by the EA Games CD manufacturers themselves. So, I would suggest phone the 1-800 number and seeing if they would accept it...if not...pull out your wallet and get a new game!
