Hey people. i'm new here, so hope you can help me:)

I have the problem; when I play games on my computer it just random time, frees. I think it have something to do with the graphic card, and something to do with the temperature. Because when I cool my computer down, there is longer between the crashes.
The crashes happens more when I play games, who need more of the graphic card than others, and that stuffs.
I don’t think that my card is defect, I have just changed my graphic card, and my new it’s a Geforce4, and I update the driver when ever a new come.
Any one have a idea what there can course that kind of problem?
    Hope you can help me.

    Simon

    Welcome Supersejr. :)

You've one or two things that cause your symptoms.

    1. Over heating of the CPU. Check to see if the CPU fans is spinning correctly and isn't all gunked up with dust and other crud.

    2. A RAM stick stating to give up. Use a RAM checker such as Memtest available here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/MemTest_d350.html

    3. A power supply stating to fail. Fairly easy to replace if required.

But check options 1 and 2 first as they are the easiest and IMHO the most likely. :)
