my computer is a war zone!

Please help me!!!!!
I have spybot & zonealarm firewall installed, yet still have problems with hackers (i believe). on the msdos netstat -a screen, i have multiple open ports that are open, most when i'm not even online... these are:
1272 1275 1278 1279 1280 1291 1467 1471 1472 1474

ALSO, rnaapp is present on my task manager list, even when i'm not connected. I use juno for my email, and whenever i pull it up, my sbc dial-up screen opens with it now. if i close the dial-up screen, it shuts down juno as well. my computer is also running very slow, and stinger doesn't show that I have any viruses. can you please help?
