My computer problem, please help me

For a while, recently I go away from my computer and when I come back I see the same error message-cannot find flash.ocx. Tonight I figured out that it has to do with my screen saver. I downloaded it a few years ago and it doesn't activate anymore. I don't know why. I dowloaded and installed regcure. I found out that you have to pay for it. I told my task manager to end the process. I tried uninstalling it,but my computer says to click yes to stop it from running and uninstall, it never stops. :eek It won't open. :eek I don't know what do it. How do I fix my flash.ocx and get rid of regcure? I feel so stupid right now. :hammer :banghead All I want is to do those two things and do the fun stuff I love to do online. Please help me. confused

 

There is a program called move on boot here on MGs that should do the trick.
It will delete it the next time you reboot your computer
