My context menu has changed

My HD crashed and had to restore it from my HP restore program. I now have reinstalled everything and am back up and running, but I noticed a change in my right click context menu.
It used to be when I right clicked on a file it would give me2 choices I no longer have. They were
"Copy file to.....", and
"Move file to.....".
Does anyone know where they might have gone to or how I can get them back as I used them all the time.:cry
I use Win 7 Pro.
I Am anxious to get this fixed if I can. Thank you for you help.

I used this as well. I don't do a lot of copying/moving but this is much easier than copy/paste when I do.
