my cumputer system has been shut down

:cry well it started last week, i have a sony viao labtop but the problem is that it has 2 windows, windows xp home edition and wondows professional when i got it it was already like that.

o.k so last weak my lil girl uninstall eplorer 8 and well i coudin't open eny websites. like yahoo or google and eveary time i would try i would get a error box that said module not found. i fixed the problem well i thought i did:confused but yesterday another problem i got.

well i was updateing my computer with a service pack 3 i think:confused. but in the middle of the update my pc froze and turned off.I tryed to reboot it but this blue screen that said AUTOCHK NOT FOUND-SKIPPIKG AUTO CHECK and i'll go back to the starting sreen and will not boot.but only on windows home edition becuase the windows profesional works fine.

o.k so then i tried to boot it from all 3 safe modes and nothing.then after a while. I turn of the auto start and this warning pop up:stop:c0000219"fatal system error" the session manager Initialization system process terminate unexpectedly with a status of 0x000003a (0x00000000 x 0x00000000) the system has been shut down:cry


the problem is that i dont have the windows xp instalation disk. i got this pc used and it came with the programs
