my desktop rebooting with out starting

    i have been trying to start my system,but it is always rebooting eith out starting,even when i tried to go to safe mode it is not going.what should i do.it is a dell desktop

    We need more information:

    What operating system version and Service Pack # are you using?

    What's the model # and Service Tag # of your machine?

    Do you have a valid Windows disk? If not, do you have the Dell restoration disk(s)?

    And, did some event occur to cause the problem?
