My Documents folder disapeared!

    I rebooted my computer this morning & My Documents folder is gone! How can I get it back?

    Right-click the desktop and select properties to bring up the display properties. Click desktop tab, customize desktop, ensure My Documents is checked. Does that help?

    My Documents is showing on the desktop, When I go to my documents everythings gone,my pictures,music,videos,ETC.

    What version of windows are ye using?

    Can ye migrate to (if using xp): c:\documents and settings\(your user name)\my documents?

    I think dozerman is saying that the My Documents Folder is there, but the CONTENTS have gone. Bazza
