My F-stop W

    My F-stop W

    F-stop W is telling me that WINNT\system32\rcpE is a back door.
    it is saying teh same thing about rcpb, rcp9, rcp5, rcp2 and a few others......My web brouser is also opening up on its own and automaticly going to a web page called "find Porn Star" I would really like to get rid of this, please help

    Hi Jrod
    Welcome to major geeks
    You say that your f-prot anti virus is telling you that you have these viruses on your computer. Can you please confirm the exact wording from the f-prot software. As you also indicate you have some Trojans as well. Although similar they have different removal instructions. Your best course of action would be to have a on line virus scan here

    And then i would download the free a2 software which will be able to deal with other malware programs (trojans, backdoors, hacktools that you may have on your system. And can be found here

    Dont forget when you have run these scans you must follow any instructions that you may be given. It is wise to click on yes for removal of viruses And Trojans from these scanners. If for any reason these scanners cannot remove what they find then post back where we will be able to help you further
