My Father-in-law's "machine"

My system is called MSN TV2----The equipment includes the MSN TV2 Internet & Media Player--Keyboard--Both made by RCA-- A TV Set (Magnavox)-- and a HP Deskjet 5740 Printer.-------------------------The Player is Model RM 4100--Code 9AO30----------------------------------------Problem is that the system stops working periodically and I get a message saying to call MSN Customer Service and refer to Error Code Code 134. MSN has told me at various times that there is something wrong with the Player and to call RCA which I have done and could not contact a person.--MSN also told me to enter Code 32768 with unit off & then turn it on-this seemed to help one time & not another- MSN also told me to disconnect the Printer -Since doing this the system is working but not properly.---
