Hello all that can help :)

basically what the problem with my PC is that every time I play a game, a video or even just music my computer gives off the "buzzing sound" through the speakers and also the mouse jumps all over the screen as if I have lag but its not lag....

I first off called the company I built the PC with and they seemed to think it was the graphics card so I sent my one back and they sent a new one to me which is a Nivida GeForce 5500, I installed it and then the problem continued which is rather annoying if you are on a game designing course and a gamer yourself so I need my PC back asap.

so I guess my main question to you is, what could the problem be and how can I solve this?

    my PC specs are below

    CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K
Operating System: Microsoft® Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
    Motherboard: NEW! Gigabyte Z68X-UD5
    Memory: 8GB Corsair 1600mhz Vengeance (2x4GB)
    Hard Drives: 2TB S-ATAII 3.0Gb/s
    Optical Drive: 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA Included
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB (which is now the GeForce I stated above)
Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio Included
Internet: Wireless 802.11N 300Mbps MIMO PCI card
    Accessories: DVI to HDMI cable
    Accessories: USB Card Reader
    Case: Xigmatek Asgard
    PSU: 700W Xigmatek

I think it could possibly be power source but im not a computer expert so what do you think ?

Does the buzzing happen every time the other problems happen? If so, that could be your sound card. I would suggest you start by updating all your drivers for the sound card, and also, of course, test with other speakers just to rule out the current ones.

An easy way to test if it is the power supply is to borrow one and switch them out. Alternatively, disconnect all components that aren't vital to running the computer, and see if it gets better when the PSU doesn't have to work as hard.

And just an FYI, the Radeon 6950 is a considerably better and far more expensive video card than the GeForce 5500, so I'm confused why a company would replace your high-end gaming card with a low-end one that wasn't designed for gaming?

Agreed, I found that a little odd as well, unless it's a GTX550 in which case it's closer but still inferior.
    I'd look into that.

GTX 550 runs fine i never had an issue.

Check and see if the speakers are pluged in the right slot.make sure there not touching any kinda metal parts and check and see if any wires have cuts in them.

Agreed, it's far from a bad card. But if someone paid for a Radeon 6950, giving them a GTX 550 is a downgrade compared to what they paid for.

Caliban I don't need no steenkin' title!

Because that HD 6950 is becoming an increasingly rare piece of hardware: Newegg, Amazon, TigerDirect are all sold out. It's even becoming difficult to find used 6950s.

@JayCov: I'd make some noise about that replacement - somebody's trying to fleece you...
