When I bought the parts for my custom pc i diddent look into the parts enough.....Mainly my CPU (Athlon XP 2400).

I have an Asus A7V333-X Mobo with 2700 DDR ram.

If ya havent guessed already my CPU has a lower FSB than my mobo and ram can take (266 vs. 333).

My bios lets me change both the multiplier and FSB.

What are some good numbers to make my CPU run equal with my ram and mobo (I dont care to overclock the total speed. 2Ghz is fine)? I know if I simply raise the FSB to 333 or 166 that will be deadly (or not?).

I have 4 fans in my case (including a massive 120 mm one in the back) and I use a Thermaltake Volcano 11+ Xaser Edition with Arctic Silver 5.

BTW...Even if it can't happen would there bethat much of an increase in performance?

    Thanks in advance!
