my HijackThis log...any thoughts?

I wasn't sure where to post this as my question doesn't specifically apply to a virus, but more to unneeded software. If I've put this in the wrong forum, my apologies:

I've tried to attach my most current log from HijackThis...but as I posted it on the thread 'serious system faults...please help' in Malware removal, it's giving me an error that I can't post it here. (Sorry for the cross post...I don't know how else to do it)

As I don't know much about programming or what some of these entries mean, I was just curious if anyone had suggestions on things that should be removed as they are unnecessary/harmful/outdated...etc, etc...

I noticed there are several entries that end with '(file missing)'... does this mean I should get rid of them?

You need to be given the all clear in the Malware Forum.
Then come here for getting programs under control.
There is no use removing things now because it could hamper some of the fixes/steps they will require of you.
Hang in there, TimW is as good as they get so you are in good hands.

 

Oh...not worried about who's helping me...just figured I could deal with other issues while I was waiting for my next step with him.
