My I.T. course

OK guys, some of you may remember that I started this back in september and I said I would need help sooner or later!

Well the coursework is beginning and I'm stuck for ideas so I'm asking for any input (not for it to be done for me!) on what I could use?

Here's a simple syllabus that has the top part expanded for you to see what I need to produce.

I was thinking of maybe a food store that are offering more products and their current systems need updating to 'cater' for this.

Yay or nay? Help paaaleeaaasee!!!

Well , im doing a small computer store round the corner from me , just categorising motherboards , different types of Ram etc with price limits and things .
