My IBM t20 is not functioning right...

    It reads my mem in wrong...I have a pc100 128mb sdram installed and it says i have a 32mb....
    I now it supports pc 133 normally ;;but it also supports pc 100...

    It reads my processor wrong as well...
    at boot bios it reads pentium 633mhz...
    on my computer \properties it reads 491mhz...
    Bios is up to date and everything....

    What should i do???
