My Ie Has Been Hijacked

My Internet Explorer has been hijacked by http://www.iwantsearch.com and I have tried using SpyBot, Cleaner and Hijack Remover and the have all failed to help.
SpyBot and cleaner simply have not found anything but I still get iwantsearch page as my homepage no matter what. Hijakc Remover simply wouldn't start for some reason that I don't know.
I need help, I am really tired of this thing, and I dont want to have to re-install my system or anything in that matter.
