My Internet Connection Gone Bad!!!

I have a 3Mbps ADSL connection..... When I make tests it shows me 50Klbps and when I download files I download with 1.5klbps!!!!

I tried to use my unlces wireless connection which is 24mpbs and its the same!!!

What is the problem?? Is it a virus??

Does your Uncles connection work any better on his own pc?

Do you have any other signs of your pc being slow?

Did your pc ever work any better?

 

A) My Uncle have very fast connection and work very good at his pc

B) The only sing that I have is that my 2 internet Connections from 24Mbps ADSL is went PTSN 54Klpbs

C) This started from last Friday!!!

P.S. I have TuneUp Utilities and says that a thing that my slow down my pc is:

1) My Processor is 64 Bit and the Installed Windows uses only the 32bit of 64bit

2) I have 121 applications installed

But I don't thin that affect the pc because I hade this problems before this heppened
