My Internets Performance

Since i rebooted my OS it seems that my internet isnt working quit as fast as before i rebooted. I loaded my internet software stuff the same as the last time (the cd for wireless internet). Two things bother me,
1. The connection changes from very good, good, and low all the time and doesnt say very constant.
2. I ran a test on the internet at www.testmy.net, here are the results.

Bottom Line:: 36X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 4.02 sec
Tested from a 1496 kB file and took 5.875 seconds to complete
