My Laptop Cannot See My Connected Iphone

    For several days I have been unable to “see” my iphone on my latops “This PC”

    I have tried the usual recommended solutions to fix this

    by switching cables, changing ports, rebooting both iphone and pc but could not solve the problem


    The usual prompt message that appears on the iphone 6 which says, ‘Trust This Computer’ is not appearing, but the iphone is showing up in my itunes software.

    Any further suggestions on what I should try?
