My laptop doesnt start up Help

Help! My almost new Samsung R60 Plus laptop refuses to start. When I turn it on, only the power light comes on. The screen is black and the fan is louder than usual. I was running Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit on an Intel dual core processor with 2 GB of ram. The computer doesn't even respond to me trying to shut it down. I have to remove the battery. This problem seemingly came out of nowhere. Last night, it was working fine. I hibernated it as usual and went to bed. In the morning this happened. At first I just saw a flashilg line, like at an MS DOS promt. Now, nothing.

 

If,as you say, it's almost new then take it back to where you got it from and tell them either fix it or give you another one.

 

I can't. It was bought all the way in Ukraine.
