My laptop has black screen when i switch it on

    I have an acer aspire 5720 and when i switch it on the screen stays blank and doesnt boot up. I have tried to do a recovery and when it tried to boot up it went on to a blue screen.

    I am trying to load up in safe mode and it says its loading windows files, but it appears to freeze.

    Can anyone please help as its driving me crazy!! :cry
