My Laptop Is Unprotected!

Another of your posts that sometimes make it sound like you've just arrived from another planet! Win 10's Defender antivirus is already installed and running but you could add the paid for version of MalwareBytes to catch other malware. It's all you need.

 

Defender is inbuilt into Windows 10 & is free. It is now on par with paid antivirus software. You can supplement this with Malwarebytes & use this as an on demand scanner or upgrade to the paid version. Please not that the paid version is a yearly subscription & will usually set itself as the default AV software which, if you prefer to use Defender, you will need to choose not to register MB under security centre within its settings.
