    I also need the logs from running MGTools.exe ---> C:\MGLogs.zip.

    Why not? Did you run MGTools.exe or not?
    You should also have run Rootrepeal unless you are on 64 bit.
    Combofix ran in reduced functionality mode which means you need to download a fresh copy please! Run it again and attach the log.
