My New Vista computer keeps freezing

I dont know why but my windows vista keeps freezing. I would be surfing the web and it would freeze. My mouse wont work or anything. I dont know why and its driving me insane. My computer had a 1 Terabyte. 953.6 gb and brand new. I use wiseregistry to clean up my register all the time, but it doesnt really do anything. Im did a malwarebytes scan, but it says all clear. Plz help me.

 

Well, since it's new then you can't have much on the drive yet, I hope. Reset it to factory and if it still freezes then take it back.

Hmm, onboard video. Perhaps reinstall the driver? What does device manager say about the video, any exclamation points?

 

Nope, none it says all clear. I just removed wise registry and did cc and it helped alot. Knock on wood lol thx for your help everyone
