My oh so slow scrollbar

Hey, I used to have problems on my old computer where my scrollbar was just so slow in iexplorer or word and in folders, i installed some anti-spyware software and it went back to normal, i have recently bought a new computer on windows xp, and after several weeks of using it i am experiencing the same problem, i have tried using my trusty spyware remover and virsu scanners but no such luck. any ideas??

Well i'm no computer genius but.. i've had this problem before. Do you also have problems when typing in passwords and such, and having slow typing. I found that I got hijacked, and it changed my user stylesheet to tips.ini or something along that line. Try this.

Tools/ Internet Options/ General and accessibility. It should say. webview.css. At least it is on my computer. Win ME. to change it back to webview.css. Click Browse. in your windows folder select webview.css adn open it. Another thing to try is a free program called Coolweb Shredder. It's great, and helps rid of the coolweb hijack. and also clears any changed stylesheet.

Like i said i'm not a computer wiz. But this is what worked for me, after searching and searching with no end.
