Hi. I am pretty sure I had an award bios with advanced features and recently I noticed a generic bios that lacks advanced features like hyperthreading. I NEVER flashed by bios and only accessed it a few times years ago.

A few days ago I discovered my R61 lenovo thinkpad does not allow hyperthreading and I went back to disable it, only to find no advanced features and no award bios. The bios apparently is completly generic as it is not manufactured by anyone. What the hell? How can I get my original bios back or at least access the advanced features on the generic bios?
