my outlook express has changed the way it works? by itself?

i posted the other day about my firewall turning it self off then not allowing me back on ,i was helped by being told to reset my winsock. i did this and it worked .
i fear though that whatever damaged my firewall has also done similar to my outlook express , now it doesnt show on my tool bar that i have new emails nad worse for me than that ( because i send lots of pics this way) when i right click on a picture and select "send to - mail recipient " this option has gone now all i have in send to is d rive and c drive ?

can someone help me?

is it possible to rectify outlook express?

before i do , is there any way of setting up my right click button? so it has all the options it used to have on it? there used to be more than just the 2 items in send option , where have they gone?
