   Open OE and select 'Tools' >> 'Message Rules' >> 'Mail'
   
   Where you see "Select the actions for your rule" see if "Forward to people" is checked.
   
   If it is, in section 3 "Rule description" click on 'people' which should be in blue to edit the forwarding.
