My PC

    Hi all, I am considering updating my pc as I've had it for 18months or so and I haven't put a penny into it BUT I don't really know where to start my pc's "spec" is in my signiture please could someone recommend on which areas I could improve. So far I am looking at a new 60gb HD as mine is only 30gb and maybe some more ram.

    I always start with RAM, Corsair and Crucial are good. Then a Video Card.

    Shaun, the specs in your sig, tend to lead to a laptop, is it a laptop or desktop your wishing to upgrade?

    If its a laptop your limited to a point in upgrading.

    I'd agree with Jerkyking and get some more ram if you have a spare slot to take the extra, and yes a bigger HD is always handy, if it is a laptop then how about a USB external HD?

    Use the Crucial UK memory advisor tool as it will give you advice on correct memory to get and can scan your pc to see if you have an empty slot.
