I believe the reason it's not starting up is because of malware.
My primary drive is Maxtor 6b200p0, but my computer won't start up with that drive, so before I start up the computer on the 'Sony' screen I press the esc button and start up with Maxtor 4d080H4.

Is it possible to restore my Maxtor 6b200p0 drive and retract all my files.

If so what is needed to be done?

Did the PC formerly boot to Windows from the Maxtor 6b200p0? If so, it's odd that there's a full functional Windows on both hard drives. Anyway- yes, you can save the data easily. Simply boot to the drive that's booting up (the Maxtor 4d080H4), open My Computer, browse to the other Maxtor drive, and burn the stuff you want saved to CDs or DVDs. You won't be able to burn any programs, but all your music, pictures, and documents can be saved. If you cannot access the drive, please post the error messages you're getting, and describe exactly what happens when you try to access the drive from Windows.
