my printer only prints red!

    actually, my printer only prints shades of pink.
    i have a brother mfc-5440cn model printer, bought it about 8 months ago i think.
    the problem is, whenever i print anything pictures to text instead of printing other colors, the only colors are pink.
    also when i try printing a test page, it's unable to do that.
    anyone know a fix to this problem? thanks!
