My System is super slow...can't figure it out...help!

Hijack This is for last, when requested only and is for advanced users. Your running it in a temp directory, so no backups will be available. I strongly suggest you move it to its own folder or any mistakes could render you without internet or worse.

That said, AFTER doing the tutorial, check your add\remove programs for anything you didnt install, like searching, shopping and toolbars. So, lets be clear; tutorial, add\remove programs, remove some Hijack This lines and then check back with us. Normally I would skip this step until later, but I am very time limited this weekend, so...
